You are welcome to check in starting from 3:30 PM.

- For camping pitches, check-out is at 11:30 a.m. at the latest.
- For rental accommodations (chalets, tents, etc.), check-out is at 10:30 a.m. at the latest.
Check-out procedure: Before finalizing your check-out, we kindly ask you to first drive your vehicle off the campsite grounds. Afterwards, please return the key or key card to the reception to complete your stay.

Our accommodations are equipped with either a percolator, a Senseo, or a Nespresso machine. You can find specific details in the description of each accommodation. For campers, a coffee vending machine is also available at the reception outside of the bar's opening hours.

Yes, bed linen is always provided and its cost is included in the total price of your stay.

Our Glamping tents feature a beautiful covered terrace for you to enjoy the outdoors. However, the terraces are not fully enclosed.

These are not provided as standard. However, you can book them in advance as an optional extra, and we will ensure they are ready in your accommodation on the day of your arrival.

Calm and well-behaved dogs are welcome. We allow one dog per accommodation in high season and up to two in low season. They must be kept on a leash in common areas, and owners must clean up after them. Please note that category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted.

Barbecues and fire pits on legs are permitted. However, ground fires are strictly forbidden. During a heatwave, local authorities may completely ban all fires; if this occurs, clear signage will be posted throughout the site.

Yes, calm dogs kept on a leash are welcome in the bar. However, they are not allowed in the mini-market.

Is the swimming pool open and what are its hours?
The swimming pool is open every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., from the beginning of May to the end of September.

Our campsite is equipped with a high-performance Wi-Fi network powered by fiber optics. This service is available across most of the site, except for the chalet area. We do not offer television service.

Yes, our park is equipped with charging points for electric vehicles for your convenience.

The campsite has a mini-market with essential products for a pleasant stay, as well as a bakery service. Additionally, a SPAR supermarket is located 8 km from the campsite, in either La Roche-en-Ardenne or Manhay.
